Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated between 0°C-5°C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.

Previously frozen - not suitable for home freezing.

Heat pan until smoking, then reduce down to low. Season fish with salt and pepper. Add oil to the pan and place skin side down. Press gently with a spatula to keep skin flat. Cook on skin side for 4-5 minutes, then flip for extra colour.
