Storage & prep

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat. Once opened use within 3 days.

Suitable for freezing. Once defrosted consume within 2 days.

Place a griddle or a non-stick pan on the hob, without adding anything (like oil or butter). Once hot place the piadina on it and heat for approx 1 minute on each side. Place your favourite fillings and it's ready to eat. Do not use a microwave.
