The organic Merlot grape is no stranger to a little summer sun. Its thick skin means that it’ll ripen evenly throughout the growing season quite naturally, to produce this rewarding wine. Smooth, with a firm casing of tannin and flavours of balsamic and fig compliment the tomato leaf aromatics that rise out of the glass. Bee Famous Merlot pairs well with rich, veg-based dishes like a lovely, lentil-y cottage pie.
