Ingredients & allergens

Abel & Cole handles celery, celeriac, peanuts and nuts on site. Due to our packing process and re-use of boxes there is a risk of cross-contamination from these, and all other allergens.

While we do everything we can to ensure the information on this page is correct, ingredients, nutritional and dietary information are subject to change. So along with the information on our website, we always recommend that you read each label carefully before enjoying your items

Storage & prep

Cherries are usually eaten whole so all you need to do is give them a quick rinse, but watch out for the stones. Handle cherries with care. They are easily bruised and will deteriorate quickly when damaged, sliced or peeled. You can slow this process by dipping raw, sliced or peeled cherries into a mixture of lemon juice and water or by mixing them with citrus fruits in a fruit salad. They should always be refrigerated and used very quickly as they do not have a very long shelf life. Don’t forget to wash your fruit and veg before use.
