Pak Choi is grown by Fred Willemsen. At his farm ‘Puur Origine’ he grows a great variety of products, like spinach, chicory, lettuce, potatoes, kale, leeks and squash. Puur Origine is based in Grubbenvorst in the Southern part of The Netherlands, near the German border.

Abel & Cole handles celery, celeriac, peanuts and nuts on site. Due to our packing process and re-use of boxes there is a risk of cross-contamination from these, and all other allergens.

Storage & prep

Chop the base off and wash each stalk well before using - try raw with a dip, steamed, sauted, braised, or used with other vegetables in Chinese-style stir-fry dishes. Store pak choi in the fridge for up to a week. Suitable for home freezing.
