These peppery leaves have been planted in purpose-built gravel beds since the 1850s and are protected by cool, calcium-rich spring water. Luke’s farm works in harmony with nature, encouraging wildlife including bats, birds and otters. The Watercress Company also have farms in Jerez, Spain where our watercress & pea shoots come from when it's too cool to grow in the UK.

Storage & prep

You can eat pea shoots raw or try stir frying them with garlic, ginger, chilli and a dash of tamari. They’re also good added to soups and stews. Don't forget to wash your fruit and veg before use.
