If you could drink a bouquet, this delicious unoaked Chardonnay would be it. Lovely straw yellow in colour with the taste of ripe peaches and a velvety and round feeling on the palate. Flash forward a couple of generations and Luca and Pierpaolo Cielo are running the show. Few things have changed, however, they believe making wine should be kept as natural as possible.

Once upon a time, (1908 to be exact), a chap known as Giovanni Cielo began making wine in The Berici Hills (Colli Berici), a range dating back to ancient volcanic origin, rising between Verona and Padua.
