A fresh 2015 vintage, this Chilean Sauvignon Blanc is a gorgeous citrus wine. It has a complex nose of lime and grapefruit aromas and light herbal notes. A crisp, dry white with tastes of gooseberry and lemon that goes great with light fish.

Bright and clean in taste and in its yellow-green colour, the palate is fresh and fruity with well-balanced acidity. It’s superb as an aperitif or as a companion to seafood pastas.

The Emiliana winery spreads itself over 1000 hectares across valleys in Central Chile, all covered in organic, biodynamic grapevines. They’ve been focussed on the quality of their wines and their natural surroundings since the 80s, when they made the change to becoming a sustainable winery. Plus, they’ve won themselves the 2015 ‘Winery of the Year’ award from ‘Wine of Chile’, cheers to that.
