Storage & prep

Protect from exposure to pests and extreme moisture, light and temperature. Once opened store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Start with 3g (1 teaspoon) a day for the first week. Continue with 5-6g a day. Mix with juice, smoothies or simply water. Dosage varies according to individual requirements. For weight management take 1-1.5hrs before meals.
