Steve's Salisbury Plain honey tastes like a walk in a meadow on a summer afternoon. It has beautiful floral flavours that result from Steve guiding the bees to some of Britain's most fragrant spots. This honey will sweep your tastebuds off their feet (well, if your tastebuds actually had feet).
Because it's so exceptional, we've had to make a few exceptions in sourcing it. It's not organic because sadly no English honey is. For honey to be certified as organic the bee-keeper has to have certified all land within a four mile radius from the hives as organic. On a small island, this is a tricky feat.
Steve's honey supports the brilliant cause of trying to save the British honey bee. To add to its clout, we're donating 50p from every jar sold toward bee research at the West Wales Bee Breeding Program.
