We're glad to say that Rude Health believe in only using fruit and grains that have been farmed in ways that encourage biodiversity and don't harm the environment. So as not to harm our health either, they make their cereals without adding unnecessary additives such as artificial preservatives and colours. Healthy all round then.

Storage & prep

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, eat within 4 weeks. Pour milk over the muesli and you could always add some fresh seasonal fruit, or try it with organic yoghurt for a truly indulgent breakfast.
