Allison and William Winterburn are the talented pair who make our quiches in their little quiche and pie kitchen, in gorgeous rural Honeybourne, Worcestershire. They’re keen foodies who have turned their focus to pies and quiches in the past few years. They work with small producers, who care about what they do, to make delicious, homemade style quiches.
PASTRY: Wheat flour*, Shortening*, Water, Egg*, Unsalted butter* [milk], Salt FILLING: Cheddar cheese* [milk], Smoked bacon* (contains pork*, salt, sugar*, preservatives E252, E250), Egg*, Double cream* [milk], Whole milk* * = produced to organic standards. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Remove all packaging, bake at 190C on the middle shelf of the oven for 10 minutes, or until the quiche is piping hot. Suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
