The Garlic Farm have been growing organic garlic on the Isle of Wight for over 60 years. And they know a thing or two about good garlic. Growing many different heritage varieties. And turning them into award-winning garlic-inspired produce. Like chutneys, mayos, butters and purees. All their farmland is certified organic. And they aim to have a ‘net positive’ outcome in all they do. Whether that’s for their employees, the wider community or the planet at large.

Storage & prep

Garlic adds flavour to a wide range of dishes. Use with basil and oregano in Italian dishes. To enhance a leg of lamb, use a sharp knife to insert slivers of garlic before cooking. Crush garlic with butter and parsley, and use the butter to make garlic bread. Garlic will keep for an age, if kept out of direct sunlight. Store somewhere cool and dry.
