Pour a flute or two of organic De Nit Rosé, from Raventos i Blanc, perfect for toasting to festive cheer. A blend of three local white grape varieties – Xarello, Parellada and Macabeo – with just a touch of red Monastrell to create the perfect, pale-pink sparkling rosé. With refreshing citrus, white fruit and fennel aromas with a lifted, long finish.
