A very special pasta, sometimes referred to as ‘white gold’ for its beautiful light colour which is achieved through top-quality ingredients and careful, slow drying in crisp mountain air. With special PGI status, awarded to protect and promote regional treasures, each piece is produced in the specific Gragnano region for an excellent bite.

Bronze-drawn to give a unique, slightly coarse and porous texture, the pasta is perfect for sauce to cling to. This, along with the ridged shape, makes their Rigatoni the ideal pairing for punchy, tomato-based sauces that fill up every crease and crevice.
