Storage & prep

Not suitable for home freezing.

Makes 4-5 cookies depending on how big you like them. You will need a tray lined with baking paper, and a cooling rack, if you can wait that long! Simply take your dough from the fridge, cut into your desired size, flatten slightly with the palm of your hand and pop on your baking sheet, into a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 6-8 minutes - for a chewy cookie, or until golden brown - they firm up as they cool. Of course if you like a crispier cookie, cook for a minute or two longer! Not suitable for microwave cooking
