This beautiful squash comes from Clive Martin's farm in Cambridgeshire. Clive's kept us in amazing veg for years, and has grown everything from rhubarb to asparagus for us on his Fenland farm.

Storage & prep

Don’t forget to wash your fruit and veg before use. To cook, slice in half, drizzle with oil, season, then cook in the oven at 180C until squash is tender. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl then mash as desired.
