A Limited Edition cut, this organically-farmed Large Salmon Fillet is sourced from our fishmonger, Nick, at the Celtic Coast Fish Company. With its stunning, orange-pink flesh, this 800g fillet makes a showstopping centrepiece or side and is delicious served with organic, seasonal veg.
Our friends at Celtic Coast will only ever source fish for us that’s rated 1-3 on the Marine Conservation Society’s sustainability scale, ‘The Good Fish Guide’, so you know that your catch has been sustainably- and responsibly-sourced, with respect for the sea. We’ve also packaged your fresh fillet on an ‘earthboard’: a fully-recyclable, cellulose fibreboard that’s kinder to the planet than traditional fish packaging.
With this special, larger cut, you’ll even save money, when compared to buying the equivalent weight of our smaller-size salmon fillets.
