Storage & prep

Previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions
This fish has been previously frozen, and as such is not suitable for re-freezing. Store refrigerated at <4°C.
For best results, drizze the skin with olive oil, season with salt & pepper and place under a medium to high grill, skin side up.  Grill for 5-6 minutes.
