Our succulent organic ham is reared and prepared to the highest standard, on a small farm just north of the border in Scotland. This dry-cured festive favourite comes ready to be scored and smothered in your best home-made glaze (honey, mustard or marmalade are all perfect for this). Then simply flash roast at 200 degrees for 30 mins (or until browned) for a dish that proves Christmas isn't all about the birds.

To glaze, simply and gently score the soft fat, insert whole cloves at 2-3cm spaces and ladle your favourite ham glaze before popping it into a 200C oven for half-an-hour.
