Why?

Whip up a delicious, autumnal soup with our bundle of handy, organic ingredients. You’ll receive a set collection of veggies and herbs, grown by our fantastic farmers, to turn into the heartiest of soups. There’s never been an easier way to eat seasonally.

Bundle contains:

Potatoes (1kg)
Carrots (500g)
Onions (400g)
Leeks (400g)
Celery (one)
Bay Leaves (5 leaves)

We'll do our best to send you the items listed. Now and then (like when the weather’s gone wonky) we may have to send you a different organic fruit or veg. Our photos don’t show the actual contents or quantities.

To cook:

1. Drizzle some oil into a pan. When hot, add diced onion and gently fry until it becomes translucent.
2. Pour in enough stock to cover your veg and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the veg is tender.
3. For a chunkier soup, remove half the mixture and blend. For a smoother soup, blitz all the mixture until creamy.

Storage & prep

To cook:

1. Drizzle oil into a pan, when hot add your chopped celery and onions and fry until translucent and soft.
2. Add chopped veg and herbs, stir and cook until the veg has taken some colour
3. Season with salt and pepper then add enough stock to cover your veg.
4. Simmer until the veg is tender then either blitz the whole lot with a stick blender to make a smooth soup or remove half and blitz half then stir them back together for a chunkier soup.

Don’t forget to wash your fruit and veg before use.
