Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated <5°C. Consume within 1 day of opening.

Preheat oven to 180*c (170 fan). Season and place fat side down in a hot pan to seal, then turn onto each side for two minutes. Then place fat side down again and cook for 9 - 12minutes. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Suitable for home freezing

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery, and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.
