Plaice is delicious grilled, with a little lemon juice. It comes filleted with the light skin on, to hold it together during cooking.
Our plaice is demersal otter trawled, and comes from Cornwall/Devon. It has an MCS rating of 3.Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.

Storage & prep

Perfect when grilled or baked, the head of the fish has been removed but the skin is still in place to hold the fish together during cooking. We recommend baking the fillet in foil with a little lemon juice at about 200 degrees.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after delivery and use within one month of freezng. Ensure that the fish is fully defrosted before coking. Once defrosted do not re-freeze
