Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated below 5° and use within 3 days.

Preheat oven to 180°C, remove packaging, pour off the liquid (or add to your sauce/gravy). Season the beef generously with salt & pepper and sear on all sides in a frying pan with a few knobs of butter. Pop in the oven for 25 minutes then remove and allow the beef to rest for 8-10 minutes and serve as desired.

Ideal for home freezing, do so on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
