Chapel & Swan have been experts in curing and smoking since 2004. From salmon and cod, to chicken and pastrami. All crafted with love at their own smokehouse in Exning, Suffolk. Featuring hand-built brick kilns. And fuelled with pure Black Forest oak. For a uniquely, rich and smoky taste.
