These swede come from a combination of farmers: Phillip Chappell and Rob and Will Edwards on New Farm in Lincolnshire. The Edwards family first began farming in Lincolnshire in the 1700’s. Many of their traditional farming methods have been passed down through the generations. It is this rich heritage and experience that has been fundamental to their success in pioneering the growth of UK organic farming. Phillip Chappell is a long established organic grower who has a small mixed farm in Devon touching the edge of Dartmoor. Phillip runs the farm with the help of his son James and they run a beef herd of suckler cows as well as this delicious organic Swede
