Storage & prep

If you’d like more control over where your tampon sits, these naked or “digital” tampons could be the perfect option – an excellent option for those with a lower cervix.

To use:
1. Wash your hands using antibacterial soap for at least 20 seconds.
2. Find a comfortable position (putting one leg up on the side of the bath or the toilet can be helpful.)
3. Hold your tampon at the base using your thumb and index finger and guide it into place, aiming towards the small of your back. Use whichever finger feels most comfortable to push it into place.
4. You shouldn’t be able to feel the tampon once it’s inserted. Once it’s in place, you’re good to go. Don’t forget to wash your hands afterwards.
