You should be able to use a little of your organic mint right away, but it's best to grow the plant on for a couple of weeks before giving it a bigger chop. Make sure your plant gets a good dose of sunshine and you won’t be disappointed in the resulting flavour. This plant will thrive in well-drained but moist soil when given plenty of sunlight. Best grown in a pot, as it will compete with other plants in the garden if left unchecked.
