Founded 100 years ago in the 1920s, Hobbs House Bakery is a family-run business based in Bristol. Since their start, they’ve believed good food can’t be rushed, and are well-renowned for their long fermentations – especially their expertly baked sourdough. What’s more, like us, they’re a certified B Corp, and work hard to positively change the environment and the people around them.
