Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 5°C. Suitable for home freezing; freeze before use by date and keep between -18°C and -22 °C. Defrost fully in a refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking and keep below 5°C. Reheat as chilled once defrosted.

Delicious eaten hot or cold. Remove all packaging, place on a baking tray in a preheated oven. Cook for 25 minutes at 180°C, fan 160°C, 350°F or Gas 4. Suitable for air fryer heating.
