This high-welfare joint is made from pork silverside leg muscle, which has been traditionally dry cured, oven cooked and then finished with a wonderful honey roast glaze for a subtly sweet taste and succulent meat.

Ready to eat, it makes a wonderful centrepiece for your Boxing Day table or a magnificent accompaniment to your traditional Christmas dinner. Each joint is produced from organic, outdoor bred and reared Saddleback sows, raised by Helen to the very highest welfare standards.
