Gran Luchito translates to “Great Little Fighter”. And this B Corp certified business is dedicated to fighting off subpar Mexican-inspired cuisine. Initially sold from a food stall in Maltby Street Market. They source their products from the heart of Mexico.

Storage & prep

Store at room temperature. Once opened seal leftover taco shells in food storage plastic bag or container.

For best results, heat in the oven: Pre heat the oven to 180°C (it is the same for fan assisted ovens), gas mark 4. Place the Taco Shells open end down on a baking tray and heat for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Microwave: Place Taco Shells open end down on a microwave dish. Microwaves can vary but it will take about a minute to heat 6 shells. Do not heat or microwave taco shells in packaging.
