Storage & prep

Store refrigerated below 5°C, and consume on or before the use by date shown on the pack.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after delivery and before the best before date. Use within one month of freezing. Ensure that the product is fully defrosted before cooking. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.

This hugely popular fillet is perfect in batter but can also be pan fried, steamed, or roasted. It works wonderfully with a variety of herbs, particularly rosemary and garlic.

We guarantee that your fish will have at least 3 days before its expiry date, including the day of your delivery. Suitable for home freezing.
