A ginger and lemon infusion made from the sustainable by-product of Agua de Madre’s fermentation process, this intense part-fermented ginger and lemon paste makes a fantastic, healthful hot drink when you’re feeling under the weather or in need of a boost. Simply add a spoon to hot water and stir and sweeten with honey if desired. This versatile paste can also be used as a base with your favourite spicy food recipes or in dressings and baking.
