B Corp-certified Summerdown have been growing, harvesting and distilling their own Black Mitcham peppermint for nearly 30 years. Based on a family farm in the Hampshire countryside, they grow their mint slowly and sustainably. Biodiversity and regenerative farming are crucial to everything Summerdown do. They view the health of the peppermint plants holistically with everything on the farm connected. That’s why they’ve turned their fields into a playground for wildlife, insects and flowers. And their soil is carefully nurtured. The single-estate Black Mitcham peppermint oil that they produce is carefully crafted into award-winning after dinner mints using ethically sourced dark chocolate.
