A fresh, full-bodied dry white wine. Vallformosa’s Classic Cava Brut is expertly produced by their talented vintners.
What makes me special?
- Aromas of fresh green apples and fennel, combined with floral notes and citrus
- With a gentle and refreshing fizz, giving a long finish
- As ‘Brut’ means ‘dry’ in French, you can expect an unsweetened wine with little sugar
- Serve and share on special occasions, or pair with seafood like smoked salmon and trout
- Made using a soft press technique, to extract the most from the grapes. Followed by a 24-hour stirring process to allow for an initial fermentation. The wine is then left to mature in bottle for at least 12 months
- Vegan and vegetarian friendly
