Storage & prep

Roast Potatoes in Beef Fat, Organic, Pegoty Hedge (750g)
Keep refrigerated below 4C.

Decant into baking tray, gas mark 7 or 220 degrees for 40-45 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure an even brown crispy exterior.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and before the best before date. Once thawed do not refreeze. If this product is defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.

Keep refrigerated <5°C. Consume within 1 day of opening.

Place pigs in blankets into a tray and oven cook at 200°c. Cook for approximately for around 30 - 35 minutes. Turning regularly until juices run clear with no pink meat.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on the day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.

Pork Stuffing with Sage & Onion, Organic, Daylesford (454g)

Place stuffing into a tray and oven cook at 180°C. Cook for approximately for around 35 - 40 minutes. Turning regularly until juices run clear with no pink meat.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.

Cauliflower Cheese with Sage Pangrattato, Organic, Lodge Farm Kitchen (00g)
Keep Refrigerated.

Pre-heat oven to 180°C fan, gas mark 4. Remove sleeve and wrapping. Place on baking tray. Cook for 20 mins or until meal is piping hot and golden. Remove from oven and allow to rest for a few mins before serving.

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C, once opened use within 24 hours. Not suitable for home freezing

Heat through in a saucepan (about 5mins on medium heat) - don't let it boil. Serve with your favourite side dishes. To be used as a guideline only, appliances may vary.
