Seven Seeded was founded by Aleem in Rickmansworth, Watford in 2006, with the aim of bringing the vibrant San Franciscan / Toronto Sourdough cultures to life in the London food scene. Their team have over 100 years of bakery experience between them and their ethos is simple – at the heart of all the loaves are four simple ingredients – flour, water, salt and time. Time, especially, is the key to the quality of the bread, and their extra-long fermentation process (48 hours) creates maximum flavour, crumb and crust.

Organic Wheat Flour* (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Dark Rye Flour*, Water, Cranberries* (Evaporated cane juice* , sunflower oil*), Walnuts, Yeast, Sea Salt. Made in a factory that handles egg, milk, peanuts, soya and sulphites.

Although every care has been taken, walnut shells may be present in the finished product.

Storage & prep

Store in a cool, dark place. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze in day of delivery. Defrost at room temperature for 6 hours, and flash in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees for a bakery like experience.
