This wine is a ruby in colour and quality. 100% Tuscan Sangiovese grapes to create a savoury red fruit character with balanced acidity and flavours of fresh cherries. We call this our midweek wine and sip it with pasta and light dishes.

The Sangiovese grapes have skin maceration for up to 10 days, with pump-overs to get their beautiful colours and tannin. It’s matured in bottle to develop and should be opened early to let the wine breathe.
