Ingredients you'll need
  • 300g apples
  • 1 celery stick
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • 500ml Ultimate Almond Drink
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Roughly chop them and add them to your blender. Trim the dry ends off the celery stick, roughly chop it and add it to the blender. Finely grate the thumb of ginger – you can peel it if you prefer. Add the baby leaf spinach.

    Add a handful of ice and pour in 500ml almond drink. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
