Maple Greens

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 courgette
- 1 lemon
- 50g watercress
- A thumb of ginger
- A handful of flat leaf parsley
- 300ml maple water

- A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

Chop the courgette into small chunks and chuck into a blender. Zest and juice the lemon into the blender. Add the other ingredients with a cup of ice. Whizz till smooth, cool and creamy.
