Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Peel the skin from the mango. Carve the flesh away from the stone then roughy chop it. Slide into a blender. Quarter the kumquats flick out the seeds. Add to the blender. Tip in the cashews (see our tip below).

    Pour in 330ml Mylk (save the rest for the other 2 smoothies) and add a few ice cubes. Blend till smooth.
