Ingredients you'll need
- 400g flat peaches
- 3 plums
- A thumb of ginger
- 300ml maple water

Slice the peaches and plums off their stones and add the sweet flesh to a blender. Peel the ginger and grate it into the blender. Add a few ice cubes and 300ml maple water. Blitz till smooth, and serve.
