Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 bananas
  • 25g raisins
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 1 tbsp Demerara sugar
  • 330ml chai mylk
From your kitchen
  • A handful of ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Toss in the raisins. Peel the ginger and grate it. Add the ginger to the blender along with 1 tbsp Demerara sugar.

    Pour in the chai mylk and add a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth, then pour into glasses and serve topped with an extra pinch of Demerara sugar.
