Ingredients you'll need
- 1 banana
- 125g blueberries
- 20g oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 330ml oat drink

- A few ice cubes
You'll need

- Measuring jug
Step by step this way

Peel and break the banana into your blender. Tip in the blueberries and the oats and add 1 tbsp peanut butter.

Pour in 330ml oat drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies) and drop in a few ice cubes. Whizz till smooth and creamy, pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
