Ingredients you'll need
- 200g beetroot
- 600g carrots
- A thumb of turmeric
- A pinch of cumin
- 2 mandarins
Step by step this way

Feed everything through your juicer, except the ground cumin. You can keep the skin on the mandarins, or peel it off before juicing them. Swirl a tiny pinch of cumin through the juice and serve over ice.
