Ingredients you'll need
- 125g blueberries
- 2 bananas
- 50g dried apricots
- 20g oats
- 250ml hazelnut drink
From your kitchen
- 250ml cold water
- A handful of ice cubes
You'll need
- Blender
- Measuring jug
Step by step this way
- 1.
Tip the blueberries into the blender. Peel and break in the bananas. Roughly chop the dried apricots, then add them to the blender too.
- 2.
Tip in the oats and add a handful of ice cubes. Pour in the hazelnut drink and blitz till smooth and combined. Pour into glasses and serve.
