Beet-iful Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
- 100g beetroot
- 1 banana
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1cm slice of ginger
- 1 orange
- 330ml dairy-free whole mylk

- A few ice cubes

- Measuring jug
Step by step this way

Peel and break the bananas into your blender. Trim and coarsely grate the beetroot and add to the blender. Add a slice of ginger. Halve the orange and squeeze in the juice from both halves. Halve the medjool dates and remove the stone. Add the dates to the blender.

Pour in 330ml dairy free mylk (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies) and drop in a few ice cubes. Whizz till smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.
