Ingredients you'll need
- 2 apples
- A handful of thyme, leaves only
- 4 bananas
- A bunch of rainbow chard
Step by step this way

Juice the apples. Strip the leaves from the thyme. Put everything into a blender and whizz until smooth. This is a thick smoothie. You may like to blitz it with some ice cubes for a cool, refreshing drink.
