Storage & prep

Store below 4C. This product has been previously frozen, so is not suitable for re-freezing.

For best results, preheat the oven to 170C. Drizze with olive oil, season with salt & pepper and place in an oven proof dish. Cover with foil and bake for 9 - 11 minutes, the centre is best left just a litte bit pink. Alternatively, grill on a medium heat, skin-side up, for 6 - 8 minutes.
